Following extensive reorganisation of the practice layout, installation of air management equipment and adoption of the latest technology, fitting of high level personal protective equipment and extensive training we are very pleased to be able to offer our patients a full level of care and service once again.
In addition to the above changes that we have made to the practice to keep you and us safe, we ask that you also kindly follow some new procedures before, during and after your visit to us:
Before you arrive at the practice, we will ask you to:

Complete a pre-appointment screening process

Thoroughly brush your teeth just before arrival

Wash your hands for 20 seconds before leaving your home

Ideally, you should also put on your face covering before leaving home
When at the practice, we will ask you to:

Arrive for your appointment at the correct time, not too early

Arrive alone or with one other person who may be a carer or parent

Wear a face covering – ideally, either a new disposable mask or freshly laundered reusable mask. Do not touch or remove this until asked to do so when in the surgery.

Use hand sanitizer when you arrive

Allow us to take your temperature

Complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire

Follow staff instructions at all times, adhere to notices on display

Follow our one-way system through reception into the waiting room

Keep at least 2 metres distance from other people at all times

The chairs in the waiting room are 3 metres apart. If these are taken, we may ask you to kindly wait outside.

Try to avoid touching any surfaces, staff will open any doors for you
On leaving the practice at the end of your appointment:

We will try to minimise the time that you spend at the practice and interaction with other people

We may make your following appointments in the surgery

We may ask you to call the practice to make a further appointment and to make payment

If the reception area is quiet, we may request that you follow the one-way system back to reception to make further appointments and to pay.

Cashless, contactless payments are preferred.
